Subcontractor's Insurer Must Defend Injury Suit, Judge Says

A subcontractor's insurer must defend a project contractor and the city of New York as additional insureds in an injury suit filed by one of the subcontractor's workers, a New York federal court ruled Wednesday, finding there is a possibility that the subcontractor had proximately caused the worker's injuries.
