Instant Pot Maker Hits Ch. 11 With $132M Financing Deal
Instant Brands, the maker of Pyrex, Instant Pot and other housewares and appliances, filed for Chapter 11 protection in a Texas bankruptcy court Monday with more than $500 million in debt and what it said was $132.5 million in financing to stay in operation through the case.
