    A Missouri federal judge on Tuesday dismissed a putative shareholder class action against medical device maker Stereotaxis Inc. and some of its officers over optimistic statements and sales projections concerning its flagship cardiovascular catheter control device, ruling the Stereotaxis statements had been forward-looking and nonactionable.
