Horizon Healthcare Services Inc. and its insurers have settled their dispute over coverage for antitrust multidistrict litigation involving Horizon and other Blue Cross Blue Shield entities, according to a New Jersey federal judge's order, which administratively terminated the action.

Horizon Healthcare Services cannot get coverage for antitrust multidistrict litigation involving it and other Blue Cross Blue Shield entities because the litigation is related to an earlier claim that falls outside the period of the insurance policies at issue, the company's insurers told a New Jersey federal court Thursday.
