Horizon Healthcare Services cannot get coverage for antitrust multidistrict litigation involving it and other Blue Cross Blue Shield entities because the litigation is related to an earlier claim that falls outside the period of the insurance policies at issue, the company's insurers told a New Jersey federal court Thursday.
