    Fireworks Co. Owed No Defense In Injury Suits, Judge Says

    An AXA unit has no duty to defend a Wisconsin fireworks company in underlying suits over injuries from separate Independence Day celebrations in 2018, a Badger State federal judge ruled Tuesday, finding that an exclusion for injuries to fireworks shooters and their helpers applies to the two volunteers who said they were injured.
