Nursing Home Asks 9th Circ. To Keep Virus Suit In Fed. Court

A Southern California nursing home being sued over a 77-year-old resident's COVID-19 death has asked the Ninth Circuit to keep the case in federal court because it was acting under the federal government's authority designating it as critical infrastructure.
