    10th Circ. Upholds Travelers' Win On Burst Pipe Coverage

    A Travelers Cos. Inc. unit doesn't have to cover New Mexico building owners for damage caused by a broken water pipe, the Tenth Circuit ruled Tuesday, saying there wasn't any building "collapse" covered under the policy and an earth-movement exclusion removed any coverage for the loss.
