    Paycom Says Insurers Can't Duck Coverage For SEC Probe

    Paycom is seeking more money from insurers for the costs of defending a recent U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission investigation, telling a Delaware federal court that a Travelers unit wrongly determined that only costs attributed to individual employees were covered under a directors and officers policy.
