National Liability & Fire Insurance Co. has voluntarily dropped its $4.5 million suit over missing premium payments against healthcare staffing company SnapMedTech Inc. from Connecticut federal court, ending the firms' dispute "on account of a settlement between the parties."

SnapMedTech Inc., a health care staffing firm that saw its revenues boom by an alleged 77,000% during the COVID-19 pandemic, failed to pay more than $4.5 million in workers' compensation and employment liability insurance premiums, according to a prejudgment remedy application filed in Connecticut federal court.
