    11th Circ. Says It Can't Hear Fee Appeal In Fla. Cleanup Suit

    The Eleventh Circuit on Wednesday declined an appeal by Continental Holdings Inc. to ditch $1.5 million in attorney fees owed to a pipeline company over fighting the costs of a Florida gas plant cleanup, saying a stipulation to dismiss proceedings had not been signed by everyone who appeared in the case.
