The South by Southwest festival's operator urged the Fifth Circuit to reverse an order allowing a Chubb unit to escape coverage for litigation over refunds filed by ticket holders after the 2020 event was canceled because of COVID-19, saying the lower court improperly applied a contractual liability exclusion.
