An insurer for luxury alcoholic beverage company Moet Hennessy USA alleged that a logistics company owes it more than $930,000 after a fatal trucking accident left 29 pallets of salvaged champagne unfit for consumption, accusing the company of failing to follow proper protocol in arranging transportation.
