A New York bankruptcy judge on Thursday elected not to hear a suit accusing reorganized Sonifi Solutions Inc. of scheming with creditor Mast Capital Management LLC to subordinate a rival lending group's debt in violation of the hotel media provider's Chapter 11 plan.

Creditors of the reorganized hotel media provider formerly called LodgeNet Interactive Corp. sued Wednesday to block a "radical and brazen" restructuring plan crafted by fellow creditor Mast Capital Management LLC, saying it subordinates their debt in violation of LodgeNet's Chapter 11 plan.

A New York bankruptcy judge on Thursday gave LodgeNet Interactive Corp. the go-ahead to implement its Chapter 11 plan, including a strategic partnership with DirecTV Group Inc., overruling opponents who tried to stand in the way of the company's takeover by private real estate investment firm Colony Capital LLC.
