Order on Motion to Amend/Correct
MINUTE ORDER: Upon consideration of Plaintiff's Motion to Amend/Correct, Dkt. 9 , it is hereby ORDERED that the motion is DENIED. The motion is a "motion to correct the Opinion and Order" issued by Judge Cooper "on 1/30/2024." It is not clear that the motion is even meant to apply to this case given the relevant order was issued on January 8, 2024, not January 30, 2024. Regardless, the motion provides extraneous details about a host of other issues while offering no reason for the Court to relieve Plaintiff from the order under Fed. R. Civ. P. 60(b) or otherwise. Additionally, having denied the motion for reconsideration, the Court notes that the relevant Order gave Risenhoover 30 days from the filing date to pay the $405 filing fee or suffer dismissal of any unpaid case without prejudice. Risenhoover has not paid the applicable filing fee. The Court, accordingly, ORDERS that the case is DISMISSED without prejudice. The Clerk of Court is directed to terminate this case. Signed by Judge Randolph D. Moss on 3/8/24. (psu2)
