Because of Plaintiffs' failure to comply with a Court order and Local Civil Rule 5.1(c), the Court dismissed this case without prejudice on August 8, 2025, with final judgment entering on August 11, 2025. (ECF Nos. 7 , 8 ). Therefore, Plaintiff's "Emergency Motion to Secure Children" (ECF No. 10 ) is denied. Further filings in this closed case may be stricken.
