ORDER: Motion to Transfer 48 is GRANTED. The Clerk of Court shall transfer case number CV-26-08138-PCT-SPL to the undersigned. The Clerk of Court shall file a copy of this Order in both cases. All future filings in the later-filed case shall bear case number CV-26-08138-PCT-KML. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED the Motion to Deposit Funds 2 in CV-26-08138-PCT-SPL is GRANTED. The Clerk of Court shall accept the deposit of Eight Million Three Hundred Ninety-Seven Thousand One Hundred Seventy-Seven Dollars and Seventy-Five Cents ($8,397,177.75), including by check or intra-governmental payment and collection, and shall deposit these funds into an interest-bearing account under the terms and conditions of Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 67 and Local Civil Rule 67.1.
