Supreme Court Reverses 2nd Arbitration Ruling

Law360, New York (May 18, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday ordered a circuit court to hear on the merits an appeal by Renasant Bank on whether it can compel a former employee who also worked for its insurance arm to enter binding arbitration, its second reversal of an arbitration case this month after its ruling for defunct consulting firm Arthur Andersen LLP.
