High Court To Hear Shell Dispute With Station Owners

Law360, New York (June 15, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- The U.S. Supreme Court has agreed to weigh in on a legal wrangle between Shell Oil Products Co. LLC and eight gas station owners in Massachusetts who have accused the oil and gas firm of improperly changing and terminating their franchise agreements.
