Michael Foods Loses Bid To Stay Pricing Injunction

Law360, New York (June 18, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- A judge has refused a bid by egg and potato product supplier Michael Foods Inc. to stay an injunction pending appeal, a setback for the company that comes just weeks after it was found to be in contempt of an order barring it from engaging in price discrimination.
