Law360, New York (July 21, 2009, 1:16 PM ET) -- A federal appeals court has upheld the construction and validity of a patent claim for a refrigerator shelf, rejecting Saint-Gobain Corp.'s efforts to overturn a permanent injunction won by appliance component maker Gemtron Corp.
