Law360, New York (August 05, 2009, 1:25 PM ET) -- Ford Motor Co. has asked the U.S. Court of International Trade to force the federal government to refund harbor maintenance taxes the automaker paid between 1987 and July 1990, which the U.S. Supreme Court subsequently deemed unconstitutional.
Ford filed a motion Tuesday opposing the government's July 2 request for summary judgment and reiterating its own bid for partial summary judgment.
