Aon To Appeal $32M Loss In Reinsurance Spat

Law360, New York (August 05, 2009, 10:48 PM ET) -- Aon Ltd. will appeal a $32 million loss in a case brought by United National Insurance Co. and Diamond State Insurance Co. over an arbitration award that partially rescinded an Italian company’s reinsurance obligations to United National, according to a notice filed Wednesday.
