Law360, New York (August 07, 2009, 12:54 PM ET) -- Following an appeals court ruling for Abbott Laboratories in a class action accusing the company of jacking up the price of its HIV medication Norvir, a federal judge has granted final approval to a settlement under which the pharmaceutical company will donate $7 million to AIDS charities and pay an additional $3 million to indirect purchasers.
