Marsh & McLennan Fights Refusal To Bar State Claims

Law360, New York (August 25, 2009, 4:19 PM ET) -- Marsh & McLennan Cos. has appealed to the Third Circuit a decision by the federal judge overseeing a $69 million settlement in litigation involving bid-rigging allegations against the nation's largest insurance brokers, challenging the judge's refusal in July to prevent plaintiffs in two state lawsuits from pursuing claims against the company.
