Law360, New York (August 27, 2009, 4:04 PM ET) -- A Minnesota appeals court has handed Life Time Fitness Inc. victory in a class action alleging the fitness chain violated the state's Fair Labor Standards Act with a corporate bonus-pay plan, ruling that employees performing certain duties and guaranteed a predetermined wage for each workweek are exempt from the act.
