Law360, New York (September 30, 2009, 5:33 PM ET) -- A federal appeals court has reversed and remanded a lower court's ruling forbidding statements made by semiconductor maker Broadcom Corp.'s former chief financial officer during an audit of the company to be used against him at his upcoming trial on criminal backdating charges.
