1st Circ. Considers Rejecting $24M Zoladex Deal

Law360, New York (October 09, 2009, 2:34 PM ET) -- In a dispute over whether the agreement was unfair, a federal appeals court is considering whether to reject a $24 million settlement in a suit brought by consumers against AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals LP over alleged gross inflating of prices for prostate cancer drug Zoladex.
