Blade Manufacturers Try To Saw Through CIT Ruling

Law360, New York (October 08, 2009, 1:36 PM ET) -- Foreign manufacturers are appealing an order by the U.S. Court of International Trade compelling the government to issue anti-dumping duty orders on diamond saw blades from China and Korea.

On Wednesday, defendant-intervenors Saint-Gobain Abrasives Inc., Hebei Jikai Industrial Group Co. Ltd, Husqvarna Construction Products North America Inc., Ehwa Diamond Industrial Co. Ltd. and Bosun Tools Group Co. Ltd. filed a notice they were appealing the CIT's decision to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
