Law360, New York (October 31, 2006, 12:00 AM ET) -- Lawyers for Canadian generic maker Apotex Inc. urged Federal Circuit judges on Tuesday to permit it to sell a copycat version of Plavix until the patent dispute with Bristol-Myers Squibb Co. and Sanofi-Aventis over the drug is resolved.
