Lexmark Printer Cartridge Dispute Heads To 6th Circ.

Law360, New York (October 19, 2009, 6:56 PM ET) -- Static Control Components Inc. is asking the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit to overturn a district court ruling that the company lacked standing to bring antitrust claims against Lexmark International Inc. in a long-running patent dispute over printer cartridges.
