CSX Vows To Appeal Ruling In Katrina Coverage Spat

Law360, New York (October 26, 2009, 2:04 PM ET) -- CSX Corp. has said it will appeal a judge's finding that the railroad company is not entitled to coverage for business interruption claims in a dispute with several insurers over hundreds of millions of dollars in Hurricane Katrina-related damage.
