Law360, New York (November 06, 2009, 3:57 PM ET) -- The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit has vacated a temporary stay on a writ of mandamus ordering anti-dumping duties on diamond saw blades from China and Korea.
On Thursday the Federal Circuit vacated the emergency stay it had issued the previous evening halting the effect of the writ until the matter could be settled on appeal.
