Law360, New York (January 28, 2010, 7:40 PM ET) -- The lawyer who sued Cisco Systems Inc. for defamation over comments in the notorious "Patent Troll Tracker" blog has appealed a judge's order dismissing a separate suit against Cisco that he filed on behalf of a patent-holding company.
Eric M. Albritton, who has since settled his defamation suit against Cisco, appealed on Thursday the order dismissing the intellectual property dispute brought by ESN LLC against Cisco to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
