Fed. Circ. Asked To Revisit $5M Patent Award To SEB

Law360, New York (March 05, 2010, 4:08 PM ET) -- Insisting that it had no knowledge of the existence of a patent for a plastic skirt on a deep fryer, Pentalpha Enterprises Ltd. has asked a federal appeals court to grant an en banc review of its decision to uphold a $4.88 million infringement award to French appliance maker SEB SA.
