Marsh Fails In Effort To Stop State Bid-Rigging Suits

Law360, New York (April 01, 2010, 6:50 PM ET) -- An appeals court has rejected Marsh & McLennan Cos. Inc.’s challenge to a decision allowing two companies to pursue state lawsuits over bid-rigging allegations against the insurance brokerage, despite Marsh having already reached a $69 million settlement with various parties over the claims.
