Law360, New York (April 07, 2010, 6:17 PM ET) -- A class of investors seeking to recover more than $1.5 billion in collateral on bonds associated with a unit of bankrupt Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. is urging a district court to overturn a bankruptcy judge's dismissal of the case for lack of standing.
