Law360, New York (April 12, 2010, 6:40 PM ET) -- Theflyonthewall.com Inc. is swiping back at a federal judge's recent order barring it from issuing immediate online reports regarding equity research recommendations by a group of brokerage firms, challenging her finding that the financial news service misappropriated the firms' “hot news” and infringed their copyrights in prior research reports.
