Trustee Moves To Reclaim Tavern On The Green Name

Law360, New York (May 07, 2010, 2:32 PM ET) -- The interim Chapter 7 trustee for famed Central Park restaurant Tavern on the Green LP has moved to try and get back the company's most important possession — its name, once valued at $19 million — which is now owned by the city of New York.
