Fair Isaac Takes Credit Score Fight To 8th Circ.

Law360, New York (June 07, 2010, 2:37 PM ET) -- Fair Isaac Corp. has appealed a series of decisions favoring three rival credit-reporting agencies in the company's long-running intellectual property and antitrust battle to protect its widely used FICO credit score system.

The company lodged its notice of appeal to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit on Friday, challenging a slew of rulings in the nearly four-year-old case against Experian Information Solutions Inc., TransUnion LLC and VantageScore Solutions LLC.
