Law360, New York (February 05, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- A federal appeals court panel has affirmed a lower court ruling that dismissed Medtronic Inc.’s patent infringement suit against German rival BrainLAB AG.
The decision, handed down by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, was especially noteworthy because a jury had originally awarded
Medtronic $51 million.
