NJ Court Cans Liberty Travel Malpractice Appeal

Law360, New York (July 15, 2010, 5:11 PM ET) -- A New Jersey appeals court has cut down Liberty Travel Inc.’s bid to revive legal malpractice and misrepresentation claims against two firms involved in an employment class action that ultimately cost the travel agency $1.4 million.
