NJ Supreme Court Revives Class Cert. In Relacore Case

Law360, New York (October 01, 2010, 1:43 PM ET) -- New Jersey's highest court has struck down a decision to deny class certification in a consumer fraud lawsuit brought by a woman who claimed she actually gained weight while taking Carter-Reed Co. LLC's weight-loss product Relacore, holding that two lower courts erred by not viewing the record in a light favorable to the plaintiff.
