Law360, New York (October 04, 2010, 6:59 PM ET) -- The U.S. Supreme Court decided Monday to ignore Worldwide Network Services LLC's challenge to an appeals court ruling vacating a $10 million punitive damages jury award it had won against defense contractor DynCorp International LLC in a racial discrimination and breach of contract suit.
