Supreme Court Won’t Hear Feesers Antitrust Appeal

Law360, New York (October 04, 2010, 7:40 PM ET) -- The U.S. Supreme Court has declined to hear an appeal filed by Feesers Inc., which had sought review of an appellate court's reversal of a win for the regional food distributor in an antitrust case targeting Sodexo Inc. and Michael Foods Inc.

The high court’s decision, announced Monday, leaves in place the January ruling from a panel of judges in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, which found that Feesers and food services giant Sodexo were not competing purchasers under federal law....
