Law360, New York (October 05, 2010, 2:07 PM ET) -- A federal appeals court has thrown out eight lawsuits alleging Eli Lilly & Co. failed to warn that its blockbuster antipsychotic drug Zyprexa causes diabetes, finding most of the plaintiffs' physicians would not have changed their prescriptions even if a different warning were given.
