Fed. Circ. Won't Reopen GraphOn, Juniper Patent Fight

Law360, New York (October 15, 2010, 5:34 PM ET) -- A federal appeals court has refused to reopen a fight between GraphOn Corp. and Juniper Networks Inc. over a transmitting data patent, affirming a lower court's decision to dismiss the case and reject GraphOn's bid for approximately $1.5 million in attorneys' fees.

In an order issued without comment Thursday, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit affirmed the lower court's rulings that dismissed the case and nixed GraphOn's subsequent request for attorneys' fees as untimely filed.
