Law360, New York (November 01, 2010, 4:20 PM ET) -- A mass torts attorney jailed for his alleged role in millions of dollars worth of fraudulent claims for fen-phen settlement funds has been formally banned from practicing law in the U.S. Supreme Court.
Robert C. Arledge was hit with the disbarment order from the nation's highest court on Monday. The court had previously issued an order in July suspending Arledge.
