US Asks Supreme Court To Keep DADT In Place

Law360, New York (November 10, 2010, 7:37 PM ET) -- The U.S. Department of Justice on Wednesday asked the U.S. Supreme Court to leave the military's “don't ask, don't tell” policy in place while it pursues an appeal of a ruling that struck down the policy as unconstitutional.
