Law360, New York (December 13, 2010, 2:40 PM ET) -- The former chief financial officer of Quest Resources is appealing a 16-year sentence for allegedly stealing $1 million from the oil and gas exploration company as part of an investment scheme.
David Grose gave notice Friday to the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma that he will appeal his Nov. 29 sentencing to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
Lawyers for Grose did not immediately return calls seeking comment Monday.
