Monsanto Workers Take Pension Action To High Court

Law360, New York (December 16, 2010, 3:39 PM ET) -- A group of Monsanto Co. employees is challenging a ruling that found a reorganization of the company's pension plan did not introduce age discrimination, asking the U.S. Supreme Court to weigh in on whether the rejigging violated federal employment rules by decreasing benefits for plan members older than 55.
